I'm Matt Bond — founder, CEO, and the engineer who does the work. Bond AI Solutions is deliberately built around a single accountable engineer wielding serious AI leverage, because that's the structure that produces the best hardware I've ever shipped.

I collapsed those layers: one engineer holds the whole system in their head, and AI tooling does the heavy lifting that used to justify the headcount — design review at every revision, trade studies across thousands of component combinations, test coverage no human has the patience to write.
